Building strong athletes is what we’re all about. Injuries are a total bummer and hold you back from performing at your best - they slow down your progress and hold you back. We’re excited to share the strength programs that were originally only offered to our 1:1 clients to all of our Curated Coaching Athletes. These programs are based on the ability and confidence level of the athlete. We are constantly building and adding new training programs to our list. WE currently offering strength training programs for a multitude of abilities and seasons. The off-season is a great time to build muscle, attack weaknesses. During your racing season, your strength should be focused on maintaining the work you put in the off-season and protect your body from the increased intensity and stress.
