Many of us weren’t taught how to run at a young age. Over time, as we grow we develop imbalances, inefficiencies, and bad habits. These inefficiencies can rob us of our joy of running.

Running shouldn’t hurt you. Strength Training is your armor and best defense.

There are so many reasons runners don’t get in the weight room, the first is usually fear -

So how do you know what’s right? If we’re not taught how to lift from a young age, how can we be expected to improve.

We built a running guide and strength program that looks at what endurance athletes need.

The Robust Runner Strength Training Program - $30

We partnered with TrainHeroic to bring you a program that is the first of its kind on the platform. A program built for endurance athletes by Endurance Athlete and Coach Andrew Simmons. This program takes a progressive approach that lets runners build each week - learning new movements that progress and challenge you. This program includes 2 days of strength training and structural work as well as 1 day a week of hip and lower leg mobility that focuses on the most overused part of our bodies as runners. Every movement has a video to go along with it so you’ll never be confused. We took the complication and fear out of strength training - we made it simple to get stronger starting today!
