Fall Interim Program

COVID-19 has made this XC season a challenge for everyone but the limited race opportunities and short season doesn’t mean you have to lose out or get behind. High School athletes can train with Peak once their commitment to their HS team is complete. This interim time gives you opportunities to race, continue your training, and reach towards big goals for the track season.

Winter Session

A long winter of training, an opportunity to train with a team, build fitness, and prepare for the first track meet. Currently CHSAA Guidelines have Track and Fields First Practice as 4/26 with first competition on 4/29. Athletes will only be able to compete in 8 total events. This means athletes need to come into their racing season fit and ready to rumble! Our winter training program will make training an option for athletes throughout the 6 month gap between seasons.

What’s Included

  • Team Accountability - 2x week strength, 3x week running, optional long run on Sundays make 4 running opportunities

  • Racing opportunities- 2021 Indoor Season - 4 Events with USATF at the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs ( race fees are an additional expense)
