Coaching Office Hours

Coaching Office Hours

Back when I was an engineering student at Western Michigan University, I would often connect with my professors for office hours. Sometimes I went into their offices because my mind was overflowing with confusion around a problem I just couldn’t solve. I also went in to learn about how they went from student to professor, asked questions and engaged them. Building these relationships gave me piece of mind when the next question came up, I had somewhere to go. Office hours gave me peace of mind and ultimately helped me walk away with actionable next steps.

Connect with us

Bring your questions, we’ll bring answers

Coaching is a dialogue

This exact scenario is why we now have Coaching Office Hours available to all of our athletes that are in our network. We know that you have questions and they aren’t always easy to answer in TrainingPeaks or via e-mail. The best answers are often answered as a dialogue between coach and athlete - it’s how the best problems are solved. This is our opportunity as coaches to connect with you where you are; whether that be in Dubai, Australia, or on your lunch break in Denver!

Tell me more

Coach Lexi and I will be taking our lunch break with all of you on Friday’s from 12pm Noon MST to 1pm MST. We will put up a link to a Google Hangouts Video Call and answer questions. We will be recording these video calls and do our best to give timestamps when questions are asked. You can find the link on our internal Lifelong Endurance Athletes and Coaches page as well as a link on our Lifelong Endurance FB Page.

What if I can’t make it?

We know you can’t always hop on for a video call but still want your questions answered. Feel free to send us questions in advance and we will do our best to answer them. Send questions in advance to- coaches@lifelongendurance.com . Feel free to let us know if you want the question answered anonymously if you’d prefer.
